No change in the Bremen e-scooter market: OPPENLÄNDER successfully defends special use permit by Bolt

On October 30th, 2023 the Higher Administrative Court of Bremen confirmed the correctness of the selection procedure conducted by the City of Bremen for the granting of two special use permits in its urban area. The third placed competitor had unsuccessfully sued against the special use permit granted to Bolt.

Dr. Henrike Schulte conducted the proceedings for Bolt at the Administrative Court and the Higher Administrative Court of Bremen.

State Parliament President wins tunnel dispute against AfD with OPPENLÄNDER

The AfD members of the state parliament and their parliamentary group had challenged decisions made by the president within the scope of her domiciliary rights regarding the arrangement of access to state parliament premises. This also concerned the use of a connecting tunnel beneath Konrad-Adenauer-Straße between the plenary building and the building housing the offices of the members of the major parliamentary groups of the Greens and the CDU.
