OPPENLÄNDER advises GAISER group of companies on acquisition of Clement group of companies within the framework of ZUKUNFTSOFFENSIVE 2030 OPPENLÄNDER Rechtsanwälte advises Julius Gaiser GmbH & Co. KG on an ongoing basis in the context of the GAISER ZUKUNFTSOFFENSIVE 2030.

The acquisition of all shares in the Clement Group is one of the most important components of this FUTURE SOURCE. The Gaiser Group is one of the leading suppliers of technical building equipment. With the acquisition of the Clement group of companies, the Gaiser Group strengthens its competences in the field of refrigeration and air conditioning technology and increases its number of employees to more than 300. The managing director Volker Clement will continue to work for the acquired companies and, through the takeover, secures the long-term existence of the group of companies he has built up. For this purpose, he has chosen the Gaiser Group in an extensive selection process due to its excellent reputation in the industry and similar values.

OPPENLÄNDER Rechtsanwälte provided comprehensive legal advice on this transaction among medium-sized family businesses and on the establishment of the organizational structure for the future cooperation with the Clement family, thus also strengthening the advisory focus on “medium-sized family businesses”.
