No compensation in the event of plant closure

The Stuttgart Higher Regional Court has ruled: There are no claims for compensation under state liability law or infection control law with regard to the plant closures in the first lockdown in 2020. Dr. Malte Weitner represented the state of Baden-Württemberg.
