Procurement success for learning factories 4.0

OPPENLÄNDER defended the intended award for Learning Factories 4.0 for its client ETS before the OLG Karlsruhe.

Already in the first instance, the application for review of a competitor before the Procurement Chamber Baden-Württemberg was successfully rejected due to preclusion of objections. In a surprising interim decision, the Karlsruhe Higher Regional Court initially revised this and held that the application for review was admissible despite the late complaint. On the merits, however, the alleged award errors were not confirmed.
