Julia Felger was born in Stuttgart in 1995.

She studied law at the University of Freiburg im Breisgau. Since her admission as a lawyer in 2021 she has worked as a lawyer at OPPENLÄNDER Rechtsanwälte. Julia Felger is working on her doctorate at the Chair for Public Law, in particular Public Commercial Law which includes the Research Center on Transport Market Law (FVMR) at the University of Jena on transport associations law.
