Direct procurement of transport services in Rhineland-Palatinate to Albtal-Verkehrs-Gesellschaft mbH
With the direct procurement of the transport services in Rhineland-Palatinate to Albtal-Verkehrs-Gesellschaft mbH on 8 December, the transport companies of the city of Karlsruhe now have three long-running transport contracts. AVG for the regional rail transport services of Lot 2 (Rhineland-Palatinate) and Lot 1 (Baden-Württemberg), VBK via 108 GWB for the inner-city public transport services in the city of Karlsruhe.
The procurement to AVG was possible without competition because it was again allocated by the “group of authorities” conceived by OPPENLÄNDER Rechtsanwälte, which includes the special-purpose association from Rhineland-Palatinate and the city of Karlsruhe, as well as the state of Baden-Württemberg and municipalities including the city of Heilbronn.
