Since January 1, 2024, all domestic companies with at least 1,000 employees must comply with the requirements of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act and address environmental risks and human rights violations. The risk of unconverting potential violations is constantly increasing due to reporting options, in particular the complaints system under the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act and whistleblower systems under the Whistleblower Protection Act.
