New associated partners at OPPENLÄNDER

Dr. Henrike Schulte and Dr. Simon Schmauder will join our partnership on 1 June 2023 as new associate partners. Both have now been practising as lawyers at OPPENLÄNDER for 3.5 years.

Dr. Henrike Schulte joined our firm in 2019 as a lawyer and works in public law. In recent years, she has become an expert in complex constitutional law issues and also specialises in state aid and traffic law issues.

Dr. Simon Schmauder has been an Oppenländer since 2017, but had interrupted his practice for LL.M. studies and a doctorate. He has developed into a proven antitrust lawyer with us, with particular expertise in merger control, distribution antitrust and antitrust damages law, as well as the healthcare and media sectors.

We are very pleased that both of them will also be more involved in corporate decisions of the partnership as of next month.
