Our clients benefit in the area of air transport in particular from our expertise in planning and environmental law. We advise the participants in planning airports and airfields according to the Air Transport Act (LtVG) including constitutional law review and compulsory purchase issues. We resolve subvention issues in the actual operation, for example the financing of transport provision and the airport infrastructure. We are also familiar with the legal issues of control of flying capacity of pilots under the LuftVG and the setting of flight paths.
