OPPENLÄNDER strengthens corporate law with new partner

Mr. Kreuz has been providing corporate law advice as a lawyer since 2012 and strengthens the corporate law team led by Dr. Rolf Leinekugel and Dr. Thomas Trölitzsch.

He advises in particular on compliance and directors’ and officers’ liability with interfaces to D&O insurance law as well as on shareholder disputes. In addition to limited liability companies and partnerships, his clients also include cooperatives, which he advises comprehensively on cooperative law.
